We designed and delivered a wide-reaching programme to support high potential ethnic minority employees to become successful leaders with the active support of their line managers, peers and leaders within a professional services firm in its UK and Ireland practice.
Our programme comprised experiential workshops, coaching for inclusive culture change, webinars, online learning resources, allies sessions and working dinners across the business. Our focus was on an integrated inclusive culture transformation based on applying the behavioural sciences evidence-based on leading self, others and the business with diversity and inclusion.
