About Fatima

Fatima Tresh is a Social and Organisational Psychologist, consultant, applied researcher and project manager.

She has expertise in leadership, bias, inclusion, groups and converting research and business insights into practice.

Co-author of a review on the effectiveness of unconscious bias training for the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the 2020 Parker Review, Fatima applies her expertise to support organisations deliver evidence-based and impactful leadership and change programmes with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
