About Salma

Salma is an accomplished global facilitator, trainer and inclusion coach.

Salma has extensive experience working with corporate, public and charitable clients across the globe. She regularly tests and provides feedback on various psychometric instruments and has coached senior leaders in numerous organisations. Currently she designs and delivers bespoke leadership and management programmes for global clients in the technology, insurance, finance, health and academic sectors.

Salma holds an MSc in International Business and a First Class BA (Hons) in Business. Salma is a licensed practitioner of numerous psychometric instruments. She is certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) at Level A & B Occupational Testing (psychometrics) and is a registered BPS European Test User – Work and organisational Assessments (EFPA).
