Uzma Waseem
Senior Consultant
At Delta, Uzma works closely with clients and the core Delta team while leading on the design and implementation of change initiatives focused on the broader DEI spectrum. Prior to joining Delta, Uzma worked as a business psychologist at Genius Within CIC, where she delivered neurodiversity consultancy, coaching and diagnostic assessments for individuals and executive teams across abroad range of FTSE 100 clients.
Uzma’s previous experience also includes Leadership Consultancy for the Institute for Leadership and management (ILM), Occupational Assessor for Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), alongside teaching and supervision on MSc occupational and business psychology courses at Coventry University and King’s College London.
With almost 10 years’ experience as a practitioner psychologist, Uzma is a skilled consultant using her skills in facilitation, coaching and psychometrics. Within the last 3 years she has trained extensively in the field of cognitive and neurodiversity and is now working towards her professional doctorate researching inclusive practices in the workplace from a neurodiversity perspective.
