His expertise is in creating a coaching mindset and culture, building trust across diverse work relationships, and creating high performing and psychological safe teams for individuals and line managers to explore tough topics constructively and without judgment.
As an accredited coach, Michael follows an inclusive and supportive approach that is led by evidence-based theory from Coaching Psychology. He has extensive experience of coaching both groups and individuals in virtual settings and in person.
