How does Delta Lens and Delta Lens 360° work?
It’s extremely simple and fully online. For the Delta Lens self-assessment, leaders complete an online questionnaire which typically takes 25-30 minutes to complete. For Delta Lens 360°, leaders will complete the Delta Lens self-assessment, and their coworkers will complete a shorter 10-15 minutes questionnaire. Leaders will receive clear, visual reports with practical insights they can start applying straight away.
