How do we begin the process?
To begin your equity, diversity and inclusion journey, get in touch here, and a member of the Delta consulting team will be in contact regarding your needs.
What do other organisations do to progress their ED&I agenda?
Delta has worked with countless organisations from all industries to implement the following:
- Setting D&I targets that are specific, measurable, and time-bound with metrics and accountability,
- D&I training to raise awareness of inequalities and to take action,
- Focus on inclusive culture change that values and supports diversity,

How does Delta ensure the impact of a programme?
We conduct a session survey at the end of each workshop and analyse the data and feedback to see what can be adjusted until the next session. We also have a regular call with the client to discuss if there are any immediate actions to take to optimise the programme experience.
How can we recruit programme participants?
Many of our clients publish communications on their programme on their internal platform and recruit participants on a voluntary or self-nomination basis. Delta can help you decide a target participants group and establish programme communication.
Can Delta help me promote our programme internally?
Internal promotion of a programme often includes aims and an overview of the programme. It is more powerful when the comms come from a senior leader in your organisation.
Delta can support you in creating an internal promotion plan for your programme.
Can Delta products be tailored to my needs?
Our products cover wide-ranging themes of inclusion and we will work with you to provide programmes that meet your needs both in terms of the actual products we provide and their specific content. Our content can be tailored to your organisation in different ways, whether it is through co-creation, using your current D&I data or applying findings from Delta’s Insight Sessions with your colleagues.
How do I book a speaker for my event?

How are coaches assigned?
For individual coaching sessions, we can organise a ‘chemistry session’ with our coaches, which allows the potential coachee to meet and choose a coach that best suits their needs and personality.
For larger groups or teams, Delta will assign coaches based on the needs of the group and the individual.
