The Cycle highlights differential career pathways between well represented and less represented professionals resulting from the cumulative impact of bias and ‘shadow processes’. The tool has been used by hundreds of our clients worldwide, and an adapted version was showcased on the Bank of England’s website. The model is applicable across groups including ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation and
identities, social mobility, and others.
- As a focal Powerpoint slide in dozens of interactive workshops with leaders, HR and under-represented professionals to build a foundational understanding of the cumulative impact of bias and their role in disrupting this.
- As a post card-sized visual aid with supportive prompts to facilitate dialogue between line managers and employees to identify practical ways to disrupt bias and build equity into decision-making and work allocation.
- As a short, animated e-learning video with narrator voice over and with reflective prompts.
