Manjari is an executive level facilitator and executive coach bringing an intersectional and cross-cultural lens to her work. She has been an executive coach on corporate leadership programmes for women and minority ethnic talent and has an expertise in facilitating group discussions with senior leaders, to identify their barriers to inclusive behaviours and forge a purpose-driven path to embedding inclusion in leadership practice.
She brings over 20 years of experience supporting the development of female talent into senior management in global organisations. Manjari’s work experience spans across sectors including legal, banking and IT and across geographies including Canada, USA, France, India, Middle East, Eastern Asia and the UK. She has lived and worked in India, Canada, the United States and France. She speaks English, French and Hindi and is a visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management’s Centre for Gender, Leadership and Inclusion.
