Salma designs and delivers bespoke leadership and management programmes for global clients in the technology, insurance, finance, health and academic sectors. She has extensive experience working within all sectors for clients across the globe, and also regularly tests and provides feedback on various psychometric instruments and has coached senior leaders in numerous organisations.
Salma holds an MSc in International Business and a First Class BA (Hons) in Business, and is a licensed practitioner of numerous psychometric instruments. She is certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) at Level A & B Occupational Testing (psychometrics) and is a registered BPS European Test User – Work and organisational Assessments (EFPA).
